What Does The Research Say?
Published Research
Papers that inform our practice
There is an abundance of published literature describing conditions involving fibrosis of soft tissues. On this page we have provided links to various papers that discuss everything from the conditions that set up fibrosis formation, all the way through to the painful chronic conditions that result.
These papers are technical in nature and not always easy reading! Much of the literature describes surgical reduction of soft tissue adhesion, where-as in our office we work by hand towards the same outcome.
